On the first of September nine young, motivated boys and girls started their career journey at Sonplas.
In the coming years they will train as mechatronics technicians, electronics technicians and technical product designers, IT specialists for system integration and industrial business management assistants.
On their first day, they were personally welcomed by our HR department and the management team. Afterwards, the new apprentices were given a closer introduction to Sonplas. During a guided tour, they also had the chance to get to know all our sites and departments. Following their first shared lunch, the afternoon was rounded off with team-building activities.
In the coming weeks they will complete their basic technical training together with our trainers Thomas Woitala and Felix Wagner before moving on to their respective departments.
We look forward to guiding and supporting them as they embark on this new chapter in life.
