3. Unlawful actions
We are committed to fair competition and reject agreements that violate antitrust law. We also speak out against all forms of corruption, bribery and extortion. We demand the same from our suppliers and customers.
4. Energy and environmentally conscious action
We are committed to complying with applicable legal obligations in the areas of energy and the environment. As a key driver for this goal, we have introduced an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001 and an environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001.
5. Confidentiality and data protection
All information, data and documents that we receive from third parties are treated confidentially. Every employee is required to protect internal company information. We demand the same from our suppliers and customers.
6. Conflicts of interest
We attach great importance to the strict separation of private and business interests. Personal relationships or interests of employees must not influence business activities and must be avoided. If there is a personal interest or conflict of interest, this must be disclosed. Disclosure shall not result in any disadvantages for the person concerned.
7. Fair working conditions
Safe and fair working conditions are important to us in order to exclude potential hazards for our employees. We are responsible for appropriate remuneration and ensure compliance with the legally stipulated working hours. We speak out against all forms of child and forced labor. We demand the same from our suppliers and customers.
8. Health and safety at work
Ensuring a safe and appropriate working environment for our employees is a matter of course for us. We avoid any conditions that endanger the health of our employees and visitors to our company. We oblige our employees to comply with the applicable occupational safety guidelines, fire protection guidelines and emergency plans of the company.
9. Freedom of association and collective bargaining
Ensuring open communication between employees and supervisors regarding working conditions is a matter of course for us. This also includes the right to collective bargaining. Our employees are free to form an employee representative body or become a member of an employee representative body. This does not result in any disadvantages for employees.
10. Financial responsibility
We attach great importance to the proper documentation of relevant business processes and financial information in order to faithfully reflect business operations with complete reports. Employees who have a financial responsibility in the course of their work must ensure that the activity is carried out responsibly, correctly, reliably and honestly.
11. Disclosure of information
Employees who communicate financial and non-financial information with the company’s interested parties in the course of their work are required to do so openly and in accordance with applicable laws.
12. Counterfeiting
We encourage our suppliers to develop and implement effective methods and processes to identify the risk of introducing counterfeits into our supply chain. The same applies to employees of our company.
13. Export controls & economic sanctions
As a company, we operate in compliance with export control criteria and existing economic sanctions to ensure safe trade. The company rejects trade outside the regulations. We demand the same from our suppliers and customers.
14. Whistleblowing and protection from retaliation
In case of doubt about the implementation of the above obligations and to prevent improper activities, the employee must contact a direct supervisor, We ensure that all employees who submit a complaint in this regard are protected from threats, harassment or other adverse actions within the company. Whistleblowers also do not have to fear any consequences.
15. Responsible procurement of raw materials
We as a company and our suppliers are obliged to exercise due care in the production and extraction of raw materials, including conflict minerals. The unlawful or ethically reprehensible or unreasonable procurement of raw materials must be avoided. This also applies to the procurement and extraction of raw materials and to environmental protection, including chemicals management and respect for human rights.
