On June 30, 2025, Sonplas GmbH said goodbye to its co-founder and associate, Christian Ludwig, as he entered his well-deserved retirement after more than thirty years of dedication. As head of our Electrical Design Department, Christian combined technical expertise with true passion for his work. His vision and commitment have been instrumental in shaping Sonplas into the company it is today, which makes this farewell all the more meaningful.
His colleagues made sure the occasion was marked with a personal touch.
Knowing his love for sailing, they presented him with a pirate-themed treasure box filled with symbolic “treasures” – scrolls with handwritten wishes and a custom-engraved compass. To round out the celebration, the managing directors surprised him with a gift basket full of delicious treats.
At our company summer party, he was farewelled by the entire Sonplas team.
