Sonplas GmbH recently had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from Anton Bruckner Grammar School. Guided by our apprentices Johanna Beck and Victoria Dengler, the students explored our company and discovered exciting insights into the world of special-purpose machinery. A key focus of the visit was exploring career opportunities at Sonplas. The students were able to ask questions and learn about different career paths.
In preparation for the visit, our HR officer Bettina Liegl spent several days at the school, practicing the typical structure of a job interview with the students. Together, they worked on creating convincing application documents and discussed valuable tips for a successful application process.
