At the beginning of September, all apprentices from Sonplas GmbH set off for a two-day trip to the Youth Education Center in Waldmünchen. The goal of the trip was to strengthen team spirit and get to know each other better.
The first day started with a shared lunch upon arrival followed by the first team activities. In the evening our apprentices rounded off the day with a barbecue and a pleasant get-together in the common room.
On the second day, blessed with perfect weather, the group headed out on foot to Lake Perlsee, where further challenges awaited them. The highlight of the trip was a more than 40-meter-long, self-constructed marble run winding its way through the garden of the Youth Education Center – a project that demanded both teamwork and creativity. After the marble successfully completed its course, it was time to head home.
With the challenges our apprentices have once more proved themselves. We are very proud of their commitment and their teamwork.
