The test bench is used for functional testing of hydraulic solenoid valves. Various product families can be tested. The machine is automatically loaded by a robot, with the test specimens being supplied on a conveyor belt. After the components are inserted into the existing rotary indexing table, the test sequence begins. A test sequence consists of a switching time measurement combined with a simultaneous pressure drop measurement. In addition, the leakage flow rate is measured. The leakage
measurement is carried out at two different pressure levels.
