Remote Support
After receiving your service ticket we carry out a structured assessment of the current situation. As part of remote support we analyze your system and relevant process data in a targeted manner – if required via remote access.
Through our three interconnected service levels we ensure efficient and focused handling of your service request. The insights gained through remote service provide a solid basis for further actions or a targeted on-site intervention.

Fast response times and qualified personnel: Sonplas on-site support
If an issue cannot be fully resolved we provide fast on-site assistance directly at your system. Our interventions are carried out by experienced service technicians from our Straubing location. If required additional expertise from our assembly and engineering departments is involved to make the necessary know-how available quickly and efficiently. For international service operations we also rely on trained service partners who are specifically qualified in Sonplas processes and technologies.

Factory Calibration
With our factory calibration you ensure the long-term accuracy and reliability of your measurement systems. Regular calibration of parameters such as pressure temperature flow and force helps to maintain product quality minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations. Additional measurable parameters are available on request. We recommend a calibration interval of 12 months.

Your benefits of regular calibration
First we check the sensors at defined operating points to identify any deviations. If relevant deviations are detected the sensors are recalibrated using Sonplas software and verified again. After completion the results and any adjustments are documented in a calibration certificate. In addition key measurement components and assemblies are inspected and documented in a clear service report. Our service team handles the complete preparation and follow-up of the calibration.

Our service team takes care of the complete preparation and follow-up of your appointment. On site we carry out a detailed health check including condition assessment and evaluation based on a standardized checklist. Key assemblies are tested for proper functionality. We assess the overall condition as well as maintenance and wear status and verify all safety functions. You will receive a comprehensive service report with clear recommendations for action.
In addition to the standard scope of our health check you can optionally include the evaluation of further parameters relevant to your system such as cycle time analysis. By capturing quality and performance indicators potential improvements become transparent.
