We will then create a service ticket and address your request immediately. Please note: This form is valid for only one item! If there are multiple items that need to be reported, you must fill out separate requests.
The decision as to whether a warranty or goodwill claim applies can only be made after an inspection by Sonplas GmbH. If the issue is not covered by warranty or goodwill, we will have to bill you for the costs incurred.
