Even at this early project stage, we analyze your goals, technical requirements, and boundary conditions in detail.On this basis, we assess feasibility and manufacturability and develop solutions in line with Design for Manufacturing, Design for Cost, and Design for Testing principles. Our customer- and process-specific development ensures that your requirements are not only considered but precisely translated into stable, industrializable solutions.
Prototypes and small series are realized using in-house equipment, allowing processes to be validated under real conditions at an early stage.
Consulting, Planning and Project Engineering
In this project phase, we work closely with you to establish a solid foundation for the further course of the project by structuring your requirements and translating them into a robust overall concept. We support you in creating and refining specifications, evaluate technical requirements, and develop viable implementation concepts. Transparent cost and budget planning, along with well-founded quotations, ensure planning reliability and investment security from the very beginning.
Design and Engineering
Based on your specifications and requirement profile, we develop a technically sound solution that combines proven concepts from our many years of experience with innovative approaches. From layout design to mechanical, electrical, and fluid engineering, we create an integrated overall system precisely tailored to your processes and target parameters.
Material flow simulations support the optimization of processes and cycle times at an early stage. Through virtual commissioning and simulation, we validate functions early on, minimize project risks, and lay the foundation for efficient real commissioning.
Manufacturing and Procurement
In manufacturing and procurement, we work with our long-established and qualified supplier network, which we systematically select, manage, and continuously improve. Quality, technical compliance, and on-time delivery are our top priorities.
Selected and economically viable components, as well as parts with specific requirements in terms of precision or functionality, are manufactured in-house.
Assembly and Installation
Your system is assembled by experienced personnel and specialized teams. Our assembly covers the complete mechanical and electrical integration – from the base frame and assemblies to safety systems, control cabinets, wiring, and control systems.
This is complemented by proven expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Commissioning and Validation
Once assembly is complete, we fully commission your system at our site and carry out comprehensive functional tests as well as trial production runs. This allows us to validate processes, performance parameters, and interfaces. The system is then professionally disassembled and prepared for safe transport.
At your site, we handle reassembly, recommissioning, and integration into your production environment. We support the ramp-up phase until the system operates reliably and stably in your series production.
Training and Service
Following successful commissioning, we support you with targeted training programs for operators, maintenance personnel, and process owners. This ensures that your teams can operate the system safely and efficiently.
During ongoing operation, we assist you with factory calibrations, regular health checks, maintenance services, and measures for production optimization. A structured spare parts supply ensures the long-term availability of your system.
