Highlights

  • Control of the integrated shot-to-shot measuring device directly via the test bench software.
  • To ensure maximum system availability, the stations are separated. This allows each station to be maintained individually.
  • To achieve application-oriented measurement results, the pressure generation unit (vehicle pump) of the complete system is used. It is driven by a servo motor.
  • Both the control of the pressure generation unit and the injector actuation are handled by the integrated vehicle ECU.
  • By synchronizing injector actuation with the pump position, pressure fluctuations during injection are minimized.
