Sonplas’ modular electronics test system combines a versatile test rack with modern measuring instruments and a flexible testing station with an adaptable connection interface. Thanks to its universal design, various test objects, such as inverters, chargers or DC/DC converters, can be connected with minimal effort. An integrated computer makes it possible to easily implement automated test processes, not only in the End of Line (EoL) area. The system is also ideal for testing and validating prototypes, allowing for precise analysis of initial sample parts.
It supports testing of both high-voltage and low-voltage applications during the development phase to ensure functionality and safety at an early stage. Furthermore, it helps shorten project timelines by enabling testing before the final hardware is available, as preliminary components can already be tested. Endurance tests for reliability checks can also be easily performed to verify long-term performance and stability. The modular test system also supports the optimization and advancement of electronic components through in-depth analysis, while offering flexible fault diagnosis during in-house post-maintenance, allowing for quick adjustments and corrections.
