Shock absorber and Valve Test Bench

Our shock absorber test bench enables precise testing of shock absorbers’ damping behavior in laboratory and testing environments. The semi-automatic system features a manual loading process and an automatic test sequence, ensuring efficient and repeatable test results. A linear motor drives the actuator, which operates the shock absorber with a sinusoidal motion. The test amplitude and speed are flexibly adjustable to simulate a wide variety of test conditions. Thanks to the variably adjustable test points during the test cycle and comprehensive data acquisition, all measurement results are displayed on the screen in both tabular and graphical formats. Force-displacement and force-velocity diagrams clearly visualize the test results. In addition to shock absorber tests, the test bench can also perform valve tests. Thanks to a special hydraulic circuit, valves from shock absorbers can be tested under various oil temperatures (20–60 °C) and oil pressures (10–50 bar).
